yeah i got kicked out of a game last year for telling another coach that it was little league and to let the kids play….. He intentionally walked one of our better kids in a game that didn’t matter…. He started yelling at me…. I told him to man up and stop being such a cry baby…. Commish was called and i was asked to leave to defuse the situation. 😂
That's hilarious. It's rec league man, let the kids have fun.

If Spraggins and/or Mays return then next year could be a lot of fun!

We have talent in skill players that got a lot of experience this year with injuries.

We return:

Squirrel White (lead team in receiving)
Dylan Sampson 5th in receptions & 3rd in carries/yards
Nimrod & Webb played in 12 games & each grabbed 12+ catches

If Thornton or Bru return then we will be pretty set I think. Just need an experienced TE and maybe a playmaker WR

Huh? We have 3 incoming freshman DB’s. Two are safeties, one CB. Six are in the portal, two are graduating (mccollough/hadden). We are in a deficit there whether you like it or not.
Know there's still time, but that's one position that I really expected UT would spend some money in the portal on. Maybe this staff truly believes in the youngsters we have on the roster and have coming in, but as you pointed out, do we have the numbers? Bad thing about the portal is that if you bring in a couple of guys to start next season, the youngsters on your roster might get restless and jump to the portal in response. Portal has been a plus for the players, but man, it makes a coach's life awfully hard in some respects.

🤦🏼‍♂️ Good grief man, that's a bit much. Who cares, its a game?

So we are going to take Dingle now and not wait on Staes? Dingle is an average player and Davis should easily beat him out. We need Staes to have two really good TE’s.

And did I read that AP said our coaches said they nailed the evals of the young DBs? If so, why didn’t they play and you’re just now letting the older players walk?

Make it make sense.

Or can you not question this staff on this site
It can be both.

1. Bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.
1a. While maybe not the better athlete Dingle has played meaningful minutes in SEC. Proven commodity.

2. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.
2 a. Some birds are leaving the hand, but we like these birds in the bush we got.

It's competition though, in it to win it ...

NO MERCY for competition at any age.....

But I did get voted out as grasscutters football coach years ago..lol

Because I was too HARD ON THEM ...

I agree with your sentiment. The blocking tight end and playmaker WR are the questions I have.

You know you don’t have to tell everything on the internet right?

Henry= 2 rushing TDs
Levis= 1 TD and 1 INT

Levis is a below average QB. Without Henry they lose this game.

Yea Henry's 2yd & like 6yd td's were big. Noone else on the team could have done that. (Henry is the best player they have no doubt but not last night) Spears played better than Henry & was more important last night

My concern is we are too young at the skill positions next year to win big and we will be too young on the lines to win big in 2025.

It I had to pick a break out year it is 2024. Veteran lines have a way of covering a lot of ills.

What say you all. 2024 or 2025 the better year?
I'll say 7 wins next season. Without seeing the schedule for '25, it's hard to say. I'd hope that the addition of another class to the roster and clearing out the last of the Pruitt remnants would see us in the 8-9 range in '25.

I went and watched some highlights of the guy from Kentucky last night and I think people might be overlooking him a little bit. He’s a pretty athletic TE for his size. Seems faster and much more athletic than Jacob Warren JMO.

Winning 11 in 2022 and going to 2 less wins per season in 2023 and again in 2024 would look pretty bad on the outside. But that schedule is brutal. I’ll say it’s probably 8 next year. 9 in ‘25 assuming the schedule is just as brutal. Breakout in ‘26 if recruiting picks up.

Yah? OK. I guess you win.

Vol423 is sick watching Levis lead a comeback. Cope

He had 330 yards... Henry had... Drum roll... 35.😂.

I don't really get the Levis hate. I thought he sucked when we drafted him. I've been pleasantly surprised. But I don't understand the genuine hate for a QB we went 2-0 against. You would think he gave a gun to his buddy who killed a guy with it or something.
Two reasons:

1. The Titans drafted Levis instead of Hooker. Many UT fans held out hope Hooker would stay close. Instead, they draft the easy-to-hate Kentucky QB. Which brings us to…

2. He’s about a 1.3 out of 10.0 on the likability scale. Seriously. His attitude just screams ‘douchebag’. Like a poor man’s Stetson Bennett.
Cope. You’ll be alright

Don’t tell BoT and Vol423… they will bang their head against the concrete with this

Glad I didn’t bet on the Dolphins/Titans games.

100% would’ve put $100 on Henry and Hill to score. Good thing I forgot that game was going on.

Whoever bet Mostart and Henry to have 2 TDs prob made a nice pay day.

Tua man. Dude is lost without Tyreek.
Sure was. Outside of QB, there are two players that we just can’t lose as they change the whole ability of the offense: Tyreek and Connor Williams at center. We lost both in the 2nd Q. Offense fell to **** once they both did.

Officially a worried for the rest of the year if they both are out extended periods of time. It’d also help to have more than just 1 consistent OL starter healthy this year, but that doesn’t seem like it will happen. We finished last night with only Austin Jackson healthy. Not a good recipe for success. Injuries catching up to us.
