Cooper.. it’s not at all close.
I did not make my post clear. For all the guys listed, who would you rather replace them with in the portal? I don't think that there is anyone in the portal we would want more than those guys. Retaining our good players is where a lot of our NIL dollars are going.

The Penn State syndrome,

We beat everybody but Michigan and Ohio State every year....

Tennessee syndrome...

We beat everybody but Georgia and Alabama ...

You're definitely on to something....Bowl games every year but really never considered a challenger to win championship....
Why do people keep saying this?

Did we not beat Bama last year?

Heupel just needed to not blow it against South Carolina to make the playoffs in year two.

The "cant beat the rivals or win the big games" makes no sense when he's won a ton of them three years into a massive rebuild.

21' demolishing USCjr and Mizzou was huge and beating ranked UK on the road securing a bowl was huge.

22' first OOC road win since 03 against Pitt, beat ranked FL, @ sec west champ LSU, bammers, ranked UK and beat the ACC Champs Clemson.

23' had to at least go 8-4. Did that and did it with an extremely banged up roster. The USCjr, A&M and UK wins were all important at the time. Could not afford to lose any of those and we didn't. Revenge win, first Heup win scoring under 30 points and culture win.

We have already proven we can beat everybody in the league except Georgia already.

Some of these transfers make no sense... Sanders had 222 carries for Arkansas in 2022 and got hurt in 2023, but now he's wanting to move to South Carolina whose leading rusher had 707 yards this season, which is the most ever in the Beamer era there...

Maybe because Enos could be gone or he didn't like the new offense under Enos?
Enos was gone in the middle of the season.

Did I ever tell you the story about the time when I met some people in Thailand and we swam out to an island and found a secret beach with a bunch of hippies living next to a pot farm?
So, this one time when I was living with a group of hippies by a pot farm on an island off the coast of Thailand...

I was gonna say, I hope you like talking to people. Dad and I fixed up a Tahoe about the same year as your Yukon and we couldn't get gas without someone wanting offering to buy it.

I'm working on a 96 Bronco now...and it looks ROUGH. No rust, but more than a few bent panels and trail scars. People still say something every time its out.
That's the way it is with my '95 Dodge Ram Cummins long bed.
