It's basically The Big 6 plus aTM. Then you fold in Texas and Oklahoma. Any given year, any of these programs can rise to the top. The pecking order is fluid, but the foundation is there, along with the expectations and resources.

I propose Big 6 and Texas 3 going forward for descriptive and grouping purposes.

I realize OU isn’t in Texas. But really, what’s the effin difference…

Sugar gliders are marsupials from Australia popular in the pet trade. The Southern flying squirrel is a rodent (like other squirrels) native to the Eastern US. Fairly common but small and nocturnal so rarely seen.

Get a job at the telephone company. You can see all the flying squirrels you want. They loved to move in to aerial enclosures and destroy some phone lines. Cool critters but they were my #1 enemy for 12+ years.

@InVOLuntary go find a long stick and beat on the closest phone enclosure to your house. You're in a prime spot for them little boogers. Let me know if anything "flies" out of it.

Listening to Mel Kiper this morning, he was saying there was only like 20 something bowls until early 2000. The used to be a reward for a good season. They have become so watered down . 5-7 Minnesota is bowling, yuck!

This is true - to get invited to a bowl was a recognition of a good, competitve season and an honor.

Teams like Penn State will be making the playoffs moving forward if they continue to have the results they've been having. Plus, Big 10 is getting away from divisions so they likely will only have to play 1 of Ohio State and Michigan every year rather than both.

Thats true. But the Big 10 also adds those PAC12 teams. They arent Ohio State / Michigan level (USC/Washington/Oregon could be some years). But a few more landmines on the schedule moving forward for sure.

USC playing a Big 10 schedule is hilarious to me tho. I cannot wait.

Look how beautiful this is. They could be absolutely fighting for their life to make a bowl. Unless they somehow improve in life after Caleb Williams.
