I don't think the Michigan qb is that good. Milroe isn't that good. Neither really have a future in the pros. Penix is probably the only one who might start for an NFL team for the 4 CFP teams, Ewers might be somewhere in the middle.In football (especially college) it is almost always about QB play…we saw that this year.
If Nico can come close to expectations and no other catastrophic injuries the Playoffs are a realistic goal IMO
I'd argue this year is evidence for the opposite of what you're saying. The team around your QB is more important than the QB, Penix being the exception.
Look at LSU. Heisman winner at QB, Biletnikoff runner up at WR, still dropped 3 games.
