Turnbull has been around for a very long time, roughly 35-40 years. I’ve never heard before that they didn’t have national distribution. I used to be able to get it in North Carolina in the early 90’s. Tennessee has not been a big wine market, so a lot of things have not been available there historically. I would imagine that will change moving forward since all that liberal yankee money is flowing into the state now.

Agree he isn’t a QB. He got a look at practices and didn’t come along. He and the family refused to play another position.


My prior comment is regarding why they hit the portal. Neither had a choice after KY got word of the father’s comments. Plus the mother commented on social media too during season. This isn’t middle school or high school.

I've been a fan for a decade or so, only saw it in any restaurant or liquor store in the past year. When I visited the winery 5 years ago they said the only way to get it was to be a member, they didn't distribute. Maybe it was a short term thing though? Maybe they used to or maybe liquor stores could be members? Who knows, but I see it everywhere in the last year, but never saw it before that.

If he is getting more money and his draft grade wasn’t good it’s a business decision I’d think.

That comment about not distributing was incorrect. Turnbull has been distributed pretty widely for decades. If they knew you were from Tennessee, they likely meant it had no distribution in your state. My experience with Turnbull dates back to 1990.
