The difference in that game was the QB play and Alabama had the best QB in that game that day.
On that day. But seriously, if they played 10 more times you think Bama wins many against UGA? Doubtful. Especially if UGA was healthy. They were down two starting OL. Like I said, it was never about the best teams. It’s about viewership and ratings. Or money. Which is complete bull****.

Would we lose any recievers with this pick up?

AP made it a point to mention names when discussing the new transfer rules. Could be coincidence, but it usually isnt with him.

I would expect more.

Edit: Missed the part where AP/Brent mentioned he's seeing a foot specialist in CA. My own conjecture is it just makes too much sense for him to just go on to the NFL.

I think it would be 5-5 or 6-4. Really close

Yall may not like this, but it may be in Bru’s best interest to declare/transfer. Hes coming off that injury and our WR is already stacked even without him for next year, especially with us possibly adding Stewart. Its not for certain he will see the snaps next year here thst he did the last couple of seasons. May be in his best interest to test the nfl or another team. I would hate it if he did leave, but I wouldn’t be mad, it’d be Whats best for him

I agree. Some of y'all are hating. Those were two really good teams that I think could beat most of CFB in most playoff games. Bama has gotten better and UGA had gotten hurt. Full strength I take UGA.

I think its telling that he is back home in CA and not with his teammates. He is 23/24. He has to make a decision.

Yup, I could see him wanting to transfer back to a Cali school for his last year too. I hope he comes back, but id understand if he didnt

I have no idea how much of a difference Golesh makes. Does anyone? No one seems to really know how much input our OC has. How involved are they in game planning? How involved are they really in play calling? In game preparation? I have no idea. Heupel most likely calls the plays. I don't believe he's ever come out and said. He definitely has final say.
Golesh was a good recruiter, was confident, and familiar enough with Heupel and his syatem that he could depend on him to call plays solo. It was a group efforr per interviews. Losing that experience always has an impact even if it is/was primarily Huepel's scheme.
