Just like Wright wasn’t better than Chandler when he first got here.
He is better than Chandler was now.

The logical expectation is they will develop and improve.

The dumb take is to assume because they were his backup that they don’t have the talent to be as good or better.
With time, certainly possible. Has it happened this fast? Hope so, but either the staff was favoring an upper class player or he was better or maybe more experienced? Kinda like how they stuck with our secondary? Dunno but again, experience comes with time. Here's hoping Nico, Sampson and Seldon are quick studies.

Battle of the overrated’s in my opinion. Makes it hard to predict.
Just when I think I’ve got sports figured out , I get proven completely wrong.

Michigan has gotten embarrassed in the playoffs the last couple years. Overrated I say, and would presume the same happens this year.

So, I’m picking UM to beat Bama.

The World Health Organization, and National Cancer Institute, and UK's top Cancer Org are propaganda?

American Cancer Society recommends not eating red meat. Think i'll listen to my Doc, and qualified authorities.
Have you looked at meta-studies on this? They are interesting reads.

Have you looked into the curriculum to become a physician? Nutrition is an elective.

My primary care physician has actually specialized in diet and is a national speaker on the subject. When I went on a carb-cycling regiment to try to lose fat and gain muscle (after having read up on it over about 15 years), I decided to ask her. She is a proponent of high fat, low carb diets if one has the discipline to do so.

Awesome!

It's a huge step to make his first start in the bowl game against a good defense that reputedly excels in taking away the run and disguising coverages.

It's worth remembering when it's brought up that Peyton started in our bowl game his freshman year, that Manning had already played in all 11 games and started the last 7. He entered the bowl game as SEC Freshman of the Year.

I think Nico will excel, but I'm not going to freak out if he makes a mistake. I am so excited to see him play and lead the youth movement.
I believe Nico will be great, but I do expect him to make mistakes in the bowl game. He may throw a pick or two.

But I bought Clemson stock! Dabo told me it was a sure winner, and Dabo wouldn't fib.
I'm torn on who I want to lose. I feel like Dabo is well into his decline now that he's dying on the ANTI-NIL mountain, so I'd rather Stoops lose. But I just can't cheer for Dabo, and UK humiliates themselves every year already. Tough one.

i work directly with doctors and can confirm that they typically don’t know….. They just repeat things they have read in pamphlets or from word of mouth.

Agree, but there are things that happen later in life with high protein diets. Trust me, back when I could throw a football over those mountains, did SB, low carb deal. Was in excellent shape.

I think its a solid foundation. Incorporating it into a meal plan is solid. But we have to have complex carbs to help break down that protein. Id encourage anyone to seek leaner sources of protein, if they're considering a whole foods diet. Beef is good on ocassion. Def stay away from pork. Dirty meat.

Chicken, eggs, and fish. I'm sure many on here know more than I. Just smarter choices than beef, butter, and bacon.
I would love to know why you think pork is a dirty meat. You talk about lean protein. On average pork is considerable leaner than beef. Lard (pork fat) is lower in saturated fat and higher in unsaturated fats and the most important unsaturated fats like Linoleic acid than beef tallow. Pork is also much cheaper and better for the environment than beef.
