That last sentence! That’s it! Emotion as thought…. I’m old, and most of the men I have ever been around are almost totally rational. I hung around with the boys a lot in high school because the overly emotional girls drove me crazy. They drove me crazy teaching them 5th through 8th also. Some of the posts on here were taking me back lol.

That entire exchange was actually pretty funny if you follow it from start to finish. I accused the OP of emotion-as-thought. They got offended by the accusation. They ended up hiding behind the accusation.

Stoops seeks out recruits that UT is recruiting less aggressively and lures them to UK, then touts them as huge recruiting "wins" over UT. He loves to do this with in-state recruits, then use them for negative peer-to-peer recruiting, especially mid-state. It has been a successful strategy for him. UK also does this in WBB-- even more successfully because UK WBB has gotten TN recruits UT really wanted.

And Stoops is aided in this endeavor by one of the NPA Nashville group who use to regularly post on here and would pimp the UK brand continually.

Nobody negative recruits UT more than Stoops, so I always enjoy watching UK lose with all those players who endlessly try to poach UT players and recruits.

Seems like Stoops would pick a different battle than Tennessee considering his record against us. But to his credit he’s the highest paid 7-8 win coach so he’s a good salesman.
