WE were great before all the "SEC!" crap started. It never helped us. Only eroded our position.

I remember when we would be last in the polls of one loss teams because we played in the SEC where everyone beat each other up. If we had not been undefeated we would’ve never been picked to play in the national championship as one of the one loss teams. So the SEC gaining the respect just coincided with our bad coach picks.

Emotionally I agree, but SEC teams get into the playoff when they're on the cusp for a reason. Because we're perceived as the dominant league. Bowl wins help that perception, and we could benefit from it in the near future.

The NFL doesn't infuriate me...like with the way I now feel about MLB and the NBA...I WAS infuriated long ago by what they did to ruin those Pro sports...but now the pure slopfest that all three are now just annoys me everytime I try to rekindle my interest.

Ohio State will be without their starting QB since he hit the portal. Might be without a couple of others, not sure. Mizou is supposed to be at full strength. Not sure which way this one goes.
