Emotionally I agree, but SEC teams get into the playoff when they're on the cusp for a reason. Because we're perceived as the dominant league. Bowl wins help that perception, and we could benefit from it in the near future.

I agree...I HATE it...but I agree on purely rational terms.

Depends on the prospects, but that's doable. Strong right hander under decent control until 2029.

Ohio State will be without their starting QB since he hit the portal. Might be without a couple of others, not sure. Mizou is supposed to be at full strength. Not sure which way this one goes.

It will be interesting to see what happens...I have maintained all year that Mizzou is a really good, experienced and tough team, but OSU is like Bama and UGA as far as having 5* talent stacked like cordwood.

I think it depends on how seriously OSU takes this game...if they don’t take it seriously and come out skeepwalking, I think Mizzou might just beat the crap out of them, but if they have prepared and show up to play...I think they could beat Mizzou convincingly.

We don't really have hitters. AA has said we're not trading any of our core. So that leaves Vaughn Grissom. I doubt he's enough to move the needle. Weakest farm system in MLB. We have some pitching prospects, but not much else.
