If you're talking about Idaho...I agree, it is the most underrated beautiful state in the country imo.

We need to shush about it thouhg...we shouldn't let anybody else here know that...

I want to plan a 2 week trip in the next 3-4 years JUST to explore Idaho.
Underrated.

Montana is goat.

Love the snow and cold. Love fall colors. Sadly, I'm leaving the mountains for the coast. Won't be seeing a lot of fall colors and definitely won't be seeing snowfall unless it's on a winter vacation.
My dream scenario is to live May-Oct in the RM west and the Florida Gulf coast from Nov-April.

Always aspired to be a snow bird myself. Having said that, I'm not sure the gulf is where I'd want to be tho. Bad luck tends to be a constant companion of mine. Moving into a high risk zone for hurricane action is just inviting trouble. I'll be coastal and at risk, but not gulf coast risk...I hope.

I absolutely love T-Bay.

the SW Corner of MT. Mizzoula and Bozeman. Little urban oasis. Love the Aspens.
Big Sky is my all time favorite place to ski. Not too busy but oh so beautiful. Wish I could afford property there or a mountain cabin in Wyoming, but as mentioned, it's not a secret anymore. Real estate in those spots is insane. Way out of my budget.
