Same thing as opting out, except the players that hit the Portal don't hang out on sideline watching their ex- teammates get beat..

I don't like any of it...the transfer window needs to happen after it's all over.

I don't get people like you...obligation to fans that paid you, teammates that need you, and program and coaches that provided you with every resource you needed to become a player that could get drafted means absolutely NOTHING to you...only self...ONLY self.

It is a absolutely pure self-centered decision to crap out on your teammates, fans and program. If you wanna worship selfishness and promote it as acceptable...then that is your choice...I will never understand that.

You described intramural football, which would never garner the fandom necessary for the TV contracts that would allow you to watch it. It is what it is.

Purists want the purity of unpaid athletes, but would need the talent that makes it possible to exist in a consumable fashion. If you want intramural football, you can't live in Kentucky and watch the Vols.

See other fruits like lemon and lime were upset at the bowl being complicit in "Tangerine Supremacy". They needed a more inclusive name for the bowl so they included all fruits by simply naming it the "citrus" bowl.

Since cheez-it proudly celebrates diversity and an equitable future for marginalized citrus fruits, they have decided to sponsor the all inclusive "Citrus" bowl.
