Yeah no it's not justifiable at all.There’s some truth to that, but it’s pretty well known that Vrabel is hard to get along with. You can live with that if a guy’s winning, but he’s 13-21 over the past two seasons.
People are acting like this was some inexplicable move (and it may end up not working, who knows?), but it’s easily justifiable.
Most of the roster issues are on Jon Robinson and Ran Carthon
Mike Vrabel is easily the best head coach the Titans have ever had. He did way more with less than Jeff Fisher and when his crap roster falls apart, mediocre Amy Adam's Strunk that only knows a history of mediocrity has a better idea on how to move forward than Mike Vrabel does? Mike Vrabel who is one of the smartest players who has ever played the game (according to people who have played with them) the guy that had one of the best teams in the NFL with freaking Ryan Tannehill and the most banged up roster in the history of the NFL???
