Really great win on the road today! Good defense for ten minutes, then bad to terrible defense for the next 25 minutes, followed by lockdown D for the last 5. Love the team's toughness, and they have some flaws, but can play really great when everything comes together.



Oh yeah, one more thing

Barnes needs a lot of credit for how much fight his teams have. They don’t let being down on the scoreboard keep them from finding a way back into it.

JJJ and Vescovi need to be better though. Too much experience to be as wildly inconsistent as they are. Gainey needs to do something valuable as well or start giving his minutes to anyone else on the roster.

I turned it off. They are not a top 20 team. I know college basketball and hard to win on the road and stuff. But, this is an extremely flawed team that can not win if shots do not fall with Aidoo and Awaka as only inside guys who are just not that good.
