I can’t believe the Bills let that get away: And now $43M over the cap next year. That was it.
I can. Chiefs are 3-0 against the Bills in the playoffs now. As someone whose team is in their division and also almost as bad off cap wise, I’m happy to see it.

Why is the penalty for fumbling through the end zone in question? Pretty straight forward.. don’t do it. If players don’t want to chance fumbling, don’t reach out.
Or...hear me out...don't give the defense the ball when they didn't recover the fumble..just like EVERYWHERE else on the f'n field.

Because there's no other penalty that severe and extreme. It stands alone as an outlier where every other rule and penalty is balanced against each other.

And because it makes no sense that you keep the ball at the 1 inch line if it goes out of bounds there, but you lose the ball and you effectively get a 20 yard penalty if the ball goes out 1 inch farther. 1 inch shouldn't make that much of a difference, no other rule in this sport or any other has such a drastic change based on one inch.

Because the end zone is different than the field of play. It is like "home base" or a "protected territory" for the each team. Mistakes in the end zone have punishments for each team. If you lose possession into the defense's home base, they auto recover if it is a live ball going out of bounds in their protected territory. Similar to getting a safety by tackling an offense in their own end zone or them stepping out in their own end zone.
It is dumb

Anywhere else on the field though and the offense keeps the ball where they lost control. Just don’t get why it has to be any different if it’s the end zone
Anywhere else on the field the offense doesn’t get 6 points for crossing a line.

The goalline is the most important area of the field. Big reward for carrying it across, big loss for fumbling it across.

Lol...you're blind...she is a fake ass and everybody knows it but your gullible ass...people like you are why fake people like her do the stupid fake 💩 they do.
i, honestly, can’t tell one way or the other… I don’t see why people spend so much time discussing whether she faked it or really got the breathe knocked out of her.

Why reward the defense for having the ball crammed down their throat...I've always hated that stupid rule.

If you fumble out if bounds you don't lose possession, so why the f should you lose it for fumbling out of the end zone and the defense doesn't recover it?

Why should the defense automatically get possession when they did not recover the fumble?

I think the offense should retain and the ball spotted at the 2 or 3 yard line.
The offense doesn’t get points for carrying the ball out of bounds. They get points for carrying it across the goalline.

They don’t lose possession for fumbling it out of bounds. They lose possession for fumbling across the goalline.

I doubt Peyton’s kid goes here. The obsession some have with his dad would creep me out. If there was ever a kid ripe to make his own mark out of his dad’s shadow, it would be Peyton’s kid.
Please....
Not saying he's going to tn but stop acting like this is a family that "makes their own mark". They do what theyre told to do
