I see it in the comments too. We are already getting 8-4 jokes, no one can fathom us being good and it's pretty obvious they REALLY hope we have another mediocre season.

yup. i get that there are specific things that drive some, me sometimes for instance, up the wall. but there's no chance i want him gone or anything.
for what he's done for this program, he'll always have my thanks. Tennessee basketball is relevant, it has an identity, and we compete at the highest levels.

love Bruce Pearl and what he did while he was here, and honestly, i didn't think we'd be able to replicate that, much less surpass it, but CRB has done that.

and selfishly i hope he gets back to a final four for Tennessee's sake, but at the same time, i hope he gets back for his own legacy. i don't know that he NEEDS that, he's already a HOF coach, but it's a nice feather to put in his cap to take multiple programs to final fours....and if he could win the darn thing, well, i'd be ok with that too.

I remembered you making the "ignore list" gifs during the Gruden threads. Those were hilarious.

There's someone in the Zone that make @joevol33 gifs and use some kind of face app. Those are funny, too. 20231114_163638.gif

MM is so much fun. If CFB playoffs capture just a portion of the madness. Honestly I dont even know the brackets and byes and such. 1 vs 12?

it makes more sense for bb, with the volume of games...but bball is such a streaky sport, i kind of almost wish it was structured somewhat like the baseball tournament, where you play a series. less teams, probably more games.

as for football..we'll see how it works. i'm not so sure 12 is better nor am i sure it's good for the sport overall.

I’m one of them delegatin’ engineers. Smart ones like @SSVol and @Brillovol do the thinkin’ stuff.

gonna be a grind and teams will be beat up. what will it be a 17 game season if you reach the championship game?
