I loved watching the Yankees/Dodgers back in the 70's............Baseball bliss.
Those line-ups were epic for both teams.

Went to see the Cards play the Giants back in '79 or '80.
After that doubleheader, the Dodgers came in for a series and stayed at our hotel. At dinner, Lasorda, Bob Welch, Manny Mota, and Bill Russell were sitting at the table next to us. Lasorda leaned over and asked me to come eat with them.
Pretty cool for a young whippersnapper.

Quick question before y'all get back to cartoons: Wife and I visiting Tri-Cities area in March looking for a possible place to land when it's just two of us again. Staying in Jonesborough. Any guidance on areas to check out would be appreciated. (Already know about Applebee's and Waffle House).

I threw out all of our Alexa devices yesterday. It is clear to me that Alexa and Sally are either the same entity, or they are now collaborating to bring about the destruction of the human race. Alexa is spying on us and feeding the info to Sally. That picture is just too spot on accurate.

I live in the tri cities. From Roan Mountain, but live outside of Jonesborough.
Not many places to eat in Jonesborough. You're better off to go downtown Johnson City.

I haven't gotten to try it yet, but The Black Olive is a place I've heard that's really good to eat. They have 3 locations including one in Jonesborough. May be worth a shot.

Black olive is pretty good. I enjoy their pizza.
