Seems like everyone is giving you different recommendations, which must mean everywhere equally sucks in NE TN or, more likely, you can’t go wrong with where you pick. If I were to move back home, it would be to Piney Flats or Blountville. More of a country feel, but situated right between JC and Bristol. 15-20 minutes either direction gets you just about anything you could need. I’d love to retire to Piney Flats, personally. Decent amount of land. Food City, pharmacy, a decent mix of fast food and sit downs in the town itself with plenty of nicer dining and drinking options a short drive away in the two bigger cities.

I concur on Piney Flats. My brother in law moved there recently and it appears to be a good mix, just as you described.

Could maybe, because Mack could give Aidoo some trouble, but look at last night they went 11/24 from 3.... the odds they do that again are pretty low. Same thing for UGA's performance against us a couple weeks ago they went nuclear from 3.

True. It’s that 3pt shooting that gives me pause. But we are much better defensively than UK. In the end, I do believe our stars will shine yet again against them. Wouldn’t surprise me though if it’s not a tough down to the wire type of game.

he had a decent block that sprung Nico on his 20 yard TD run in the bowl game.

He just needs to work on picking up the blitz.

He’s never going to be able to block some of the people blitzing. On one of the sacks he hit the defender but got run over by a guy weighing 50 lbs more than him. There is nothing he can do about that. The blocking scheme on that play was terrible. Nothing Sampson could do.

Piney Flats/Blountville area is beautiful. Kingsport is quickly becoming more crowded. My parents are thinking of moving.
