@Enki_Amenra explains it well in the Avi thread that was put in The Pub, but it's just going to the Bing chatbot and asking it to draw you a picture. It doesn't necessarily have to be based on your VN name. You can tell "Sally" what you want her to draw and incorporate into the picture.
Kirby's teams have generally been outstanding defense with decent offense. Bowers was definitely a weapon for them that helped that offense go. It'll be interesting to see if someone can come close to what he did for that offense now that he'll be moving on to the NFL. We can argue that his defense succeeds because they're allowed to hold, which they openly bragged was their strategy, but at the end of the day, it was a strategy that worked.

I’ve never had the issue you’re referring to but I did used to have issues with them falling out while running, working out, etc. I mainly use my pros for work calls and there was no issue there but I eventually bought these for $15 for the times I did need to worry about it and they were game changing. Whenever I was going to work out or run I’d just slip these on them and they’d be snug and wouldn’t move at all. Very comfortable too.
