Florida State, not Florida.

And yet the NCAA has never investigated how UGA signed Mims, despite it being known two other schools offered him money.
Yes.

And the NCAA turned the same blind eye to UGA willfully and preposterously in the case of Darnell Washington.

I played in a tournament back in the late 90’s in the Dallas area. Think it was ‘98 after a long drought and scorching 100+ degree temperatures. The day of the tournament the weather changed. A fine mist periodically, but super strong winds. I blistered a drive dead into the wind and was 50 yards farther than the other 3 in my group. 145 yards to a front pin. I smoked a 4 iron dead into the wind and came up 5 yard short of the hole but still on the green. Birdied it. That was the strongest wind I have ever played in. To put things in context, I hit a 4 iron 190-200 yards back then but only got 140 out of it. Not a miss hit. Old age has since taken a toll on my distances.
Once hit a 6 iron from 100 yards (knocked down) at Fripp Island, SC while in college. Hole or two later, hit a wedge from 180.
Used to love it…..now…..nah.;)

How many more states will join us…I love this I didn’t think we would file so soon!
No class action. We want what’s ours. Gonna take on the ncaa, with damages, and end up with the most profitable year in the history of our athletic department and university.

Not directed specifically at you, but in response to every "...defending rival X" comment:

Seeking clarity and truth is not the same thing as desiring to defend a rival. As a matter of fact, pushing an agenda that been shown to be untrue is a far worse look than clarifying for the sake of truth.
Dude, troll boy had no idea what he was talking about, and he changed his story with every post. What troll boy said was repeatedly shown to be untrue, however many times he moved the goal posts. If a troll concludes with pretensions to be a "truth warrior," you would do better not to hop aboard and dignify the typical refuge of a scoundrel and a bore. The only unifying thread is his garbage was vain and deliberate antagonism.

OR, if it's allowed, sign Donde and make some Donde vs. The NCAA shirts. Given the pop she got at the BB game, I think they would sell.
The Volunteer Club had this t-shirt for sale earlier that is pretty amazing. But the link seems to no longer exist. Not sure what happened, maybe lawyers said no?

How does it separate the universities from continuing to control things? It sounds like just a new division of the NCAA similar to how they have a D1, D2, D3 NCAA body. This would be like a D1 football NCAA body?

Though I could imagine a few positives, the overarching issues would seem untouched.

Just curious. Love new ideas.
I'm not sure how you do it. It could be similar.

I don't think a lot of the NCAAs problems are in how it's designed but rather how its executed and enforced. It's not transparent. It's not fair. It's not clear.

Golf is a funny game. Been less than 5 feet about 15 times from a hole in one. Zilch. Made an Albatross on a skulled 3 Wood from 240 yards out.

Welp, he's right there.

Full of crap and the fans are paying. The unis and ncaa need to get right with jesus.
No, he's not.

Wolken sees the swell of public support for Tennessee and our our position, and is responding by trying to turn fans against us. You should try to not be the kind of person who falls for it.
