It's crazy that Saban's lying schtick -- repeated non-stop by the sycophant sports media with hysterical declarations of "crisis" -- has persuaded the naive and mentally-challenged among other fan bases (sadly including too many of our own) not to see with their own eyes that NIL has been a gigantic force for increasing parity and wrecking cronyism.

The NCAA sees it and hates it. 😂

Saban went full Orwell. "War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength. NIL and the portal destroy parity."

Yep. It’s so obvious who these thoughts originally came from. It’s still hard to believe Saban ended up with so much power as a head coach.

I’ve got 2 in the Uppers asking 50 dollars total. Not the best seats but shouldn’t break the bank. I know everyone wants lower level at a cheap price. However, that lower level requires a big donation. I’m simply trying to offset cost.

I've not been saying that we did anything wrong or that the NCAA will prevail here. In fact I've been consistently saying the opposite, that they'll have no chance here because literally everyone is doing exactly what we're doing and there were no rules in place when Nico signed.

But because I spent several posts arguing with someone that the NCAA is right about the clever contract language being mostly bogus, you got stuck on the first 4 words "the NCAA is right" and can't continue to process the rest of the idea that says they're still overall in the wrong despite being right about one very minor, almost irrelevant point.

You're just not capable of understanding a nuanced, non binary point of view because you are such an extreme, binary personality.

You're giving the NCAA credit for reading between the lines when there are no lines.

Failed a test - I knew the answers, I just marked the wrong ones.
Shot someone while robbing a store - I didn't mean to pull the trigger, just scare them.

No worries, we knew what you were thinking. A+, slap on the wrist.

It doesn't matter what Spyre intended. It's all speculative. It matters what they did. From all accounts, Nico's contract followed the NCAA's list of ever-changing suggestions. Tennessee committed no wrongdoing. And not that Spyre has to answer to the NCAA, but they didn't either, thus Nico didn't either. The NCAA doesn't deserve any credit for being "right" without any proof. They're corrupt.

I know it is going to be a Herculean task tonight, but beating Kentucky in Rupp would be nice after all the crap this fanbase has had to put up with this week. And it would make up for the South Carolina loss and then some.

We know the Rupparees aren’t going to let Kentucky lose two games in a row though.
