It seemed like the original post I responded to was implying the reason the NCAA won't succeed is because of some bogus contract language. It took me several posts to attempt to refute that because I'm not perfect at presenting an argument in one concise post. My goal was to say that some clever contract language wouldn't hold up as a proper defense, but that we shouldn't be worried because the NCAA has absolutely no prayer of taking us down when every collective did exactly what we did.Nah, I'm synonymous with nuance. If you look in the dictionary, you'll see my photo in the margin at that entry.
You're twisting what you said. Had you said it like you just did (above) it would have come off differently. Here's your first post on the subject: Tuesday at 11:19 PM#102,243. Nothing about your bolded point (above). Here's your second post: #103,280. I apologize. My eyes must have glazed over before I got to the last sentence. I just went back and gave your post a like. Here's your third post: #103,320. Nothing about your bolded point (above). You completely ignored what you now say was your main issue. Here's your fourth post: #103,795. Nothing about your bolded point (above). You completely ignored what you now say was your main issue. Your fifth post is the one I earlier applauded: #103,806.
What I didn't understand when I posted at you was why you would leave this main point (again in your final sentence) and go right back to bickering in your posts thereafter about your tired side issue. Maybe you felt you were being harassed about it. Idk. I was hoping you would stay focused on the main point instead of giving the impression by the weight of your responses that something other was more important. We're good.
Okay this is getting a bit much, lol.Not what you asked for, but just made these for the heckuvitView attachment 617122View attachment 617123View attachment 617124

Tennessee freshman infielder to miss start of season due to injury
Tennessee baseball freshman infielder Ariel Antigua — who was in the running to start on opening day at shortstop for the Vols — will miss the start of the season due to an injury.247sports.com
And all of this was after they had agreed to the penalties and then tried to slam us anyway.Yes, they were looking into NIL and Nico before December. And they spent many months coming after UT for tampering, starting right after Maui Ahuna transferred. That one ended up with UT self-suspending Tony V for a Level 3 nit to get the NCAA to allow Ahuna to play. They couldn't make tampering stick and they couldn't get a post-season ban or LOIC for Pruitt because the AG intervened, so here we are.
