Let's take it to replay.

I didn’t see it that way. It appeared to me tha. He was walking toward the sideline and saw the students running toward him and he tried to brace himself for the hit, He was run into from the side and then spun around by additional students storming the court. I am glad Wake won, but their students caused the injury. I just hope the injury was not serious.

Referees assingments should be listed 24-48 hours prior to any game, or set before the season begins..... for any college sport. There's so much difference between referee crews and individual refs, that a coach needs time to prepare for what he's getting in to. Referees should be consistent across the board but we all know it's not.
I'm sure the coaches probably have an idea long before we peasants do.

Has anyone seen Pat Adams today or who the officials are for tonight's game?

*With the court ruling yesterday, an 8:00 ESPN primetime tip, a sell-out crowd, checker TBA, and Barnes going for win 800, my BVS is tingling. I can see Adams getting "assigned" to this game. 🙄
Bump^^^^

I'll add "alabama getting thumped" to my list of reasons to worry about tonight's officiating crew.

Interesting thing about eggs. They are the perfect protein source for humans. 100% of the essential amino acids are in the egg. 100% can be absorbed in the human GI tract.
Old nutritional information (and faulty cardiology interpretation) is that the yolk is bad for you because of the cholesterol is there. Unfortunately, those “well accepted food facts” is not the correct solution.
What it doesn’t tell you is that some of the essential amino acids are in the yolk and not found in the white. You must get all the essential amino acids to function properly.
The cholesterol in the egg yolk is not really bad for you.

If you have a cholesterol problem, it’s equally food and your body. Your body synthesizes the bad cholesterol regardless of your dietary intake. More importantly, it is the endogenous cholesterol that causes your cardiovascular issues…

I have familial cholesterol issues. I lost weight, was a cardio fiend, ate all the right foods and my cholesterol went up instead of down. My doctor asked me if I knew what that meant? I said yes, I am going to die 😳. He laughed at me and said that it is genetic and I would only succeed with medicine. My cholesterol has been normal since then (age 37, now 61) Arteries in my heart are 100% clean. I take atorvastatin and omega 3 fish oil. And I eat egg yolks 😁
I developed statin myopathy on Atorvastatin. It’s been over a year since I’ve been off it and my CK was still over 1000. Have lost quite a bit of weight, so we’ll see where I’m at next time. No more statins for me, so I’ll need an alternative if weight loss doesn’t do it.

That video clearly shows him throwing an elbow and sticking his leg out in a very unnatural manner to trip a fan who had already run by him.

Maybe his getting bumped and injured after was unrelated to that, but I don't see how you can watch that video and say he braced himself when he clearly extended his elbows at someone who had almost entirely run by and clearly stuck his foot out in an unnatural walking way to trip someone.

But it seems to me that his attempt to elbow and trip the person in front of him is what caused him to stumble and possibly get injured.

In addition, almost everyone over cooked country ham which makes it tough and taste more salty. All it needs is to be warmed up for a couple of mimutes at medium-low heat. I have offered people a country ham biscuit and they respond they don’t like it because it is too salty. them to try it and if was too salty, throw it in the trash. No one has yet to throw it in the trash. Start with good ham, like a Benton’s ham, and cook it correctly, and it is out of this world.
Benton's is on 411 around Madisonville, right?

These two teams are both susceptible to getting blown out because neither is great defensively and if they have an off day shooting, this happens.

Credit UK... They've forced the issue getting steals and rebounding.

And Bama had thrown up an unusual amount of bricks.

Classic good news/bad news... One's gonna lose. One's gonna win 😂

Eventually court storming will not be permitted no matter whose at blame for this.

I like it when you get in your doctor mood. I always look up information and really enjoy your knowledge. Thank you and keep it coming

I think he's as injured as Caitlin Clark was. And if he is really injured, he initiated the contact.

Yep. Theirs is the passive aggressive version of Burton going out of his way to hit fans. Both lingered because they were pissed it was happening at all and tried to turn it into a fan problem by causing an issue.
