My grandmother used merthiolate, a close cousin to mercurochrome. That stuff was magical. It would sting a lot when you put it on a scrape or cut. However, it totally took away the soreness you would usually experience over subsequent days.

This is digging way back into the history of this thread, but I just found out tonight (out of the blue) that the wife of one of my best friends is the great niece of the scientist that invented merthiolate. I laughed and told my buddy that merthiolate and I were close friends in my youth.

Don't forget about cookie cakes. Cookie cakes are a huge advantage to schools that can get them for recruits. Schools that can't get cookie cakes are being left in the dust in recruiting.

The real advantage is being able to place the cookie cake in the room.

Whenever I think about the people who hate on Barnes, I think about the Donkey in the parable of the Donkey, Tiger, and Lion. Those that argue with the haters are the Tiger, and the rest of us are the Lion (although, I must admit, I've been the Tiger before).

For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, I very much suggest looking up this parable...ESPECIALLY in this day and time.

I’m a mountain lion. We like Rick Barnes a lot but really want the team to do better in the NCAAT.
