Nc St has won eleventy hundred win-or-go-home games in a row at this point. I would not doubt them tbh. Even lowly nobody Clemson was hitting their FTs away from making the FF.

The only certainty at this point is UConn is going to be the favorite in the 2024 national championship game.

My final four bracket has Uconn, Alabama, NC State, and of course Tennessee. Let it be so!

Am I crazy to think maybe we should full court press more in this game?

I have been thinking and the biggest improvement for Purdue this year is their PG. Also the only stat line that correlates with their losses is turnovers. Do you just harass Braden Smith?

ZZ can do that just fine imo. But not sure I'd overload either. That's just begging them to doink it down to Edey left 1 on 1.

Almost feel like that Creighton style defense would be good here. Goad them into coming in and taking long jumpers.

Purdue has been to a Final Four, but not in 44 years. They may be as amped as we are. Lots at stake for both; Painter has even gotten some of the "great in the regular season, chokes in the tournament" business Barnes has gotten.

I do NOT want to play Bama again...it is almost impossible to beat a really good team three times in a year...but then again, I don't want to play UConn either..lol.

We just have to worry about somehow getting through the refs golden child program tomorrow...and then whichever ACC team wins...we got a dragon to slay.

The only thing we can control is who has to play us. Let's beat Purdue and then see if Duke or NC State is next. They both should be dreading us.
