This is what I expected when the bracket was announced. I've watched sports for almost 45 years, and you may have a few more fouls or penalties go one way or another. No team in sports history is going to foul three times as often as the other. I'm surprised it ended as close as it did. I'm very proud of this team. They gave me memories I will take with me. I'm also sorry that they didn't get a fair chance to win this game.

Most of the country knew in advance the calls would go the way they did. If you have watched Purdue play at all, you know this is how it goes no matter who they play.

Edey will stand in the lane for 5 to 10 seconds with and without the ball and you will NEVER see a 3 second call. Ever.

As volbeast said - these are Shaq rules. Changed the game forever. The rules became arbitrary and tied to the narrative.

I am not down on this program at all next year. Preseason I would have never guessed we had an EE team. Estrella gives me hope inside. Let's see who CRB gets in the portal that can score the ball and go do it again.

I cannot watch any sport and not wind up rooting for one of the teams even when it's not mine. There's not going to be a team in the final 4 I like.
