I’d rather see Stormtroopers at home and a “white out” as something different and “special”.
I like the dark mode. Think they look great.
My only problem with dark mode is it’s one less game in orange.

And I’m apparently the fan police so I would listen to me.

Hoping Banks calls an aggressive game to rattle Rattler.

I anticipate Banks rushing four in the early going to see if our defensive front can get home against a struggling offensive line. If we can create pressure with just rushing four, then we take some of the pressure off of our average at best corners in pass coverage. Need a good game from Walker and Tank at the third level to eliminate the big play and force SC drive the length of the field.

Now we’re talkin’

I believe it was a read. The DE crashed down. But they could have obviously told him to start keeping it more.
It was 100% a read. And he read it correctly.

He had another (more difficult) one later in the game that he correctly kept too.

It’s little things like that, that will help him find his feel imo. It’s promising.

We don’t need 300 in the air to win this one. Need 300 on the ground and keep Rattler on the sideline would be my key to the game.
Going to come down to los…. Always has and always will. Doubt Milton will run with the knee from last week but a qb who is a threat to run in this offense definitely opens up the whole playbook

That would be wildddddd. Psu’s white out they do once a year is one of the best atmospheres in football
I’ve said for years a white out at night in Neyland would be wild.

And if we can wear black uniforms with a black helmet, surely we can wear Stormtroopers at home…

I don’t gamble. Seen it destroy too many lives.

But that spread is nuts. Our secondary has not been good and South Carolina has put up all kinds of yards through the air against a much tougher schedule than Tennessee has had. Vols may win but there’s every reason to think it’ll be a war.
I don't understand how people refuse to listen to logic. Anything CAN happen on Saturday. But the line is not stupid/ridiculous/idiotic or any other adjective you want to use to describe how off it is. Vegas casinos that build multi-billion dollar resorts off the backs of expert sports gambling line-setters don't "get lines wrong" by big margins. The line is accurate based on the actual data points collected by unconnected, non-biased experts that are not emotionally attached with any fandom to any team.

The actual outcome from playing this exact game once doesn't vindicate or cripple the line they created. The line is accurate if it were possible to play this game 100 times in a vacuum. UT doesn't suck as much as UT fans think. USCe is not a great as UT fans think. Night game in Neyland is a bigger advantage than UT fans think. Think about this: the value that comes with a night game in the Swamp tells you what the Vegas data tells them about UT. They still created that line because of what the data told them about UT. They were wrong in that one instance of that game but if we played that game 100 times that line would have played out to be true.

That's too bad. Really was only able to run for one half. ☹️ It really makes a difference.

Being unbiased they probably immediately recognized that without the officiating shenanigans we would have gotten a comeback win at Florida. They have no reason to be ashamed to notice that.
