I appreciate that you share devotionals. There is so much darkness in this world, and so much bickering on this forum that sadly, I take part in too often.I think the goal of devotions (as written by flawed people) is to spark reflection and discussion. Maybe this flawed one did more of that then all the ones you agreed with. Faith has a funny way of bubbling up.
One interesting fact about the devotions i share everyday is that they are written by a woman. A pastor's wife for a church I have never even laid eyes on.There are some in the faith that would say she has no right to even write them. Because she is a woman. Many interpretations of scripture, thanks for sharing yours.
Good points. They’re no different than “hardcore Vol football fans” - many were pretty upset about our football coach hire but after a bit, got behind him. The same will happen with the Lady Vol basketball fans. The only difference was there was no love lost for Pruitt. It hurt my heart that Kellie couldn’t bring us back - they love her because she’s a LVFL. Please give them time. We are all Vols, even if we have our favorite Vol team. (I’m an Everything Vols but the Lady Vols do have a special place in my heart. One day, over a beer, I’ll tell y’all why.)
Edit: as a previous poster said, there are a couple of folks in the LV Forum who remind me of bruin but most are just fans expressing frustrations out loud. I’ve been lurking over there and most are coming around to the “let’s just get behind her and give her a chance…”
Same here...until the Grizz came to memphis.I never really had a favorite NBA team. I've always been a fan of certain players and followed those teams casually as a general fan instead. If DK goes to Memphis than the Grizz may just convert me.

I have done a lot of things that were unhealthy but I have found that by far the most unhealthy thing anyone can ever do is have birthdays.
It's not very healthy when you stop shaving them either. . .
