One interesting fact about the devotions i share everyday is that they are written by a woman. A pastor's wife for a church I have never even laid eyes on.There are some in the faith that would say she has no right to even write them. Because she is a woman. Many interpretations of scripture, thanks for sharing yours.

I appreciate that you share devotionals. There is so much darkness in this world, and so much bickering on this forum that sadly, I take part in too often.

However, and please don’t take this as an attack or being argumentative (not a good look for Christian’s and doesn’t do anyone any good to argue over whose faith is the best or most correct), but I usually try to steer away from the devotionals that are written as if God himself is writing them. “I the Lord say….”. To me that’s dangerous ground.

Edit: as a previous poster said, there are a couple of folks in the LV Forum who remind me of bruin but most are just fans expressing frustrations out loud. I’ve been lurking over there and most are coming around to the “let’s just get behind her and give her a chance…”

Good points.

I will just say this. When an obvious change needs to be made in ANY sport, we now have the right people in charge to make the call and follow up by doing their due diligence to hire the best coach available regardless of the personal preferences of the fan base, donors, media, and even the players on the existing rosters. That is the way it should be done to produce top results.

I love having highly competent people in positions of authority unlike the previous period of decline - which has strongly impacted the fan base's perceptions over the years. Danny White has set the expectations of the sports programs at the highest level. The standard has been established and past status quo is dead. He was hired to do so by Randy Boyd, Donde Plowman and the BOT. I rest easy that they know what to do as they are all winners at what they do.

IMO, it is time for LV and all Vol fans in general to not just give their coaches a chance, but to give their all for Tennessee as well. Be winners instead of detractors and whiners. Jump in with both feet. Coach Caldwell is going to kill it here.

Same here...until the Grizz came to memphis.
I hated Ja Morant in college (Mu**ay St) but love him as long as he's in Memphis.

If DK comes to Memphis........holy smokes!

Predators booked their spot in the playoffs last night. Most people, myself included, did not have that on their bingo card coming into the year and then especially after the start they had. Got hot at the right time though to get themselves into position. I haven't been able to watch a lot because of ESPN+ and blackouts, but looking forward to being able to watch them in the playoffs.
