Wish we could add about 50lbs of muscle on Aidoo

Aidoo's issues with strength & physicality go beyond extra lbs unfortunately. Adding weight and muscle mass will help. His frame won't hold a ton more. He has to toughen up mentally. He has to get to a mental space where he embraces contact. Where he doesn't just tolerate it but actually thrives on it. If he finds a way to do that at some point he is going to be very, very good.
