So the 14 home runs @ AuburnDid anyone see Vitello's post game remarks? Someone said he made reference to the LSU as having regularly negatively recruited Vols baseball, telling prospects that Tennessee is merely a product of having a smaller ball park. So our HRs are supposedly counterfeit, you see.
So Vitello, I heard, pointed out that that was a hellva thing for LSU to say when they couldn't hit a single home run at LNS.![]()
You could definitely tell we didn’t have the actual 1s on the O-Line. D-Line was vastly better. LBs were good in the run game. DBs were pretty good for the most part.I did not watch the Orange and White game............
So, will someone tell me what they liked and didn't like. I know it's a glorified scrimmage, but just some observations would be welcomed.
thanks
1st string D line when they were in basically shut down the entire offense. NastyI did not watch the Orange and White game............

Was just wondering about Staley. Did he catch any?You could definitely tell we didn’t have the actual 1s on the O-Line. D-Line was vastly better. LBs were good in the run game. DBs were pretty good for the most part.
Seeing Bru walk around on the sideline I really don’t think he will play this year… especially not in the early portion of the season.
QBs were not bad at all. Took Nico I second to get into rhythm but he really only threw 2-3 series. So whatever. We know he can sling it. Moore is a well developed backup so if anything happens to Nico we are in good hands.
Wide Receivers were actually catching passes…. Probably because the ball wasn’t being thrown at them 600mph every throw. Plus not being thrown 600 ft in the air on deep throws. Mike Matthews and Boo Carter are legit. Snead is also legit (not afraid to catch in traffic). Didn’t see too much from the TEs.
Running backs weren’t bad but you could tell our starters were out.
Overall with a bunch of 1s out I thought it was a nice scrimmage.
A friend of mine has 2 season tickets. He is attending today, but could not go on Friday and Saturday. He sold his for $100 each, so $400 total. I am pretty sure LSU is sold out today. You can usually buy at gate for mid-week games. Season ticket price are doubling for next year. FYIUm. Might be difficult. Best bet is stub hub or something similar. They won't be cheap. There's a thread in the baseball forum that people post to buy and sell on
Was he hobbling? I thought i read he was running at this point. You could definitely tell we didn’t have the actual 1s on the O-Line. D-Line was vastly better. LBs were good in the run game. DBs were pretty good for the most part.

You need a shower, trust meAlso, as we were exiting and trying to see Dobbs and Trey, recruits, etc. leaving, I found myself standing next to Andy Bowser, sunglasses over glasses and all.
