Someone told me the other day that when douchey Beamer was an assistant at Oklahoma he got so excited when they scored on a opening drive that he ran to and head butted the player in his helmet on the sideline, and needed his swollen noggin stitched up by the trainers during the game. Idk. Brainiac move, if true.

Didn't Ek do something similar?

I just checked their depth chart and they still have all their starters, plus 6 more back-ups. That does not include their freshmen OL.

#55 Jakai Moore missed practice but is supposedly OK to start on Sat.

They lost 3 of their starters from 2022, plus OT Jaylen Nichols is supposedly out long term. But they also picked up two transfers (#69 at LG & #77 at RT).

Maybe Beamer wants to lull us into a false sense of security?
I don't know may have been a dummy site I stumbled across looking for porn lol...

Wow

JC doesn't have anything to do with people just having some fun poking those that are uptight around spelling.

simmer down on the cafeeeeennne and nikoteeennn maybe.

Could probably watch UGA's DEs. I suspect they didn't lose contain on Rattler nearly as badly as USCj did.

Our pass rushers are probably the best in the SEC this year. If we can hold contain and push the middle, Rattler and the rest of the offense will have a bad day, I suspect.

Their gameplan will probably be short passes that get the ball out quickly. That means sustained drives over splash plays. So, if we can tackle in space, we'll be golden. If that happens, I don't see them sustaining drives with their OL problems, and the noise problems they'll be facing Saturday night.

So...

I say we sack him repeatedly--obviously gently, while setting him lightly on a pile of dandelions.
UGA actually lost contain on Rattler more than UNC did. UNC sacked him 9 times, Rattler did have a few scrambled which one was for like 15 yards, but against UGA he got loose a few more times.

But I agree with the rest. Legette didn’t have any super long catches against UNC. I think his longest was 37 yards and if it’s the play I think it was it was a crossing route that he got most of his yards after the catch. He mostly was making a living around 10 yard routes with YAC against UNC. They were very good about getting the ball out quick and giving him YAC opportunities. If I remember correctly, UNC played a lot of off coverage and didn’t press at the LOS like UGA did.

Unfortunately, UNCs method in the secondary is probably how we will defend him too which I don’t love. But, if we can tackle in space like you said and make them work their way down the field then cool, I’ll take it. That was essentially UNCs plan.

No way the SEC lets the B10 get Clemson and get into the SEC footprint. Sankey said the SEC wasn't looking to add teams but would react to any new developments. I really don't think the SEC lets Clemson, NC or FSU go to the B10.
It would be really dumb to let the B10 get FSU and Clemson...I don't like all this crap, but it is what it is now.

Fact: A player being out of a game for any reason, including injuries, gives us a competitive advantage.

Fact: Injuries are part of football.

Fact: If you give your all for your team, and play hard, you may accidentally injure someone.

Fact: Wishing harm on another human being is objectively wrong.
So....hoping we hit him so hard, so many times that it makes him tentative and ineffective is wrong?

This is pure 🦬💩.

He seems like a guy that would like to blow someone elses head. Might explain why he enjoys mayo baths so much.

I agree with your assessment and your sentiments. I'm even attracted, or rather compelled by the circumstances (which I dislike), to be interested in UNC and maybe also UVA in the long run.

In hindsight, "break" may have been too strong a word. It implies more than I meant. Do I want to hurt the kid? Yes. I want him to hurt. I want him to dread getting hit. Do I want to knock him out of the game? Again, yes. Do I want to end his career and leave him to a life of bare-knuckle brawling on the Waffle House circuit? No. But hell yes, I want to hurt him.
I knew what you meant...but the woke virtue signalers read what they wanted to read.

Tennessee is last in the SEC in passing plays of 20 yards (9)

A year after the Vols were No. 2 in the SEC and No. 19 nationally with 55 completions of 20 yards, they rank last in the SEC and No. 106 nationally. Even Florida has 12 completions of 20 yards. That’s not ideal.
Where do we rank in running plays over 20 yards?
