Hey now!…those shell crackers are fun catching and get huge compared to what people think the size of a blue gill actually gets..makes a really nice meal as well…I had no idea you could stock a pond with shell crackers..I’ll have to look into that because me and my dad go fishing on the lower end of the Tennessee river every year just to be able and catch them…so that’s cool…

you should be fine though that’s plenty of food resources for what you have may,not be enough bass honestly but definitely give time and see..should be some nice ones come out of there though..I’m excited for you and your son..just sucks that waiting is part of it ya know🥹😅😂😂

it’s also called “birdshot” for a reason 👀 😂😂 flip the switch on em and F***ing geese dude I can not stress that enough 😂😂
Yeah shellcrackers are awesome. I love catching them and eating them. I caught one 3 pounds when I was 12 and my dad told me he would mount it to shut me up from bugging him while we were fishing........when we got home that was the first one he cleaned. Hahahahahaha
I did check to see if it was a state record after the fact and it was not. Ga record was 3-14 I think, or something close to that. Anyway, I couldn't imagine catching one 4 pounds, that would be nuts.
The bass are the F1 strand, Florida bass, so they should get pretty big. Can't know for sure until I catch one with jorts and a pan handle mullet.

Catfish will kill a small pond, all we have in it is shellcracker, bluegill, and redbreast. My FIL put them in about 4 years ago and passed away before he could put bass in it. I worry more about herons than anything. We have about 5 that frequent our pond. We also have more bullfrogs than I have ever seen. They carry on nonstop in the summer time. They're as bad as the cicadas are this year.
Need some copperheads to eat the frogs.

@Enki_Amenra I put some bass in the pond behind the house today. They say should be pound and a half to two pounds by next year and be pushing 5 in two years. We'll see I guess, but my son was very excited. Put 85 in there, pond is only an acre and a half.
Guess I’ll have to visit in a couple years…

Just seems our pitching isn’t what it used to be, and it seems we lack that shut down pitcher. But idk a ton abt the situation surrounding Burns and why he left so I was just spit balling
I think TV said me could compete for a starting role but he wouldn't guarantee it. Burns wanted that guarantee. It seems a little weird because it seemed like he totally bought into his role last year. I think he definitely would have earned a starting role if he had stayed.

16-seed Tennessee LV Tennis rallys from a big deficit to beat 8-seed UCLA. Fresh on the heels of upsetting 1-seed Oklahoma State for the regional championship.

We will face TAMU in the first round of the Final 4. The winner will play the winner of Pepperdine vs. Georgia for the national title. (I guess our league is pretty good. 😂 )

I got DD4ME'd. Revised to add some details not in the tweet.

SEC Championships are nice.

#1 Rankings mean shiite.

Real prize is the Tourney, everything else is window dressing. Ill reserve judgement until then. An early departure in the tourney is inexcusable.

At some point you have to bring home hardware with all these great teams.
🦬💩...."have to"...or what?..fire the best coach we will ever have, who has given us the best teams we will ever have because crazy dumb 💩 happens in the postseason?

Baseball is weird...especially in postseason short series baseball...it literally makes no sense why things happen sometimes...like not winning the title 2 years ago with one of the best teams to ever play college baseball..that had not a damn thing to do with Tony V or lack of "grit" or "determination"...or any other stupid reason given by idiots...that's just baseball.

I don't give a 💩 about yours or any other IMs "judgement"...here is my judgement...Tony Vitello is a great coach that puts consistently elite-fun teams on the field...anything else is "window dressing".

Evidenced by the fact that only one #1 overall seed (Miami, 1999) has ever won the CWS.

We all want to see the BaseVols win the bundle but you don't fire a coach like Vitello unless you are positive you are upgrading and tbh, at the level he has his teams performing year over year, I don't see how you can ever be sure that any coach is enough of an upgrade to pull the trigger. You keep TV, give him whatever he needs to be successful, and play ball.
