If I don't want to spend the time for smoked salmon, I use mayo, magic salmon seasoning, lemon, pepper, and garlic to prepare the salmon slab. Then, wrap it loosely in aluminum foil and place on the grill for about 15 minutes. Open the packet to vent and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
Ok ladies,

You guys are fishing for reactions here. No one really eats fish with mayo. It isnt possible (lalalalaaaa) Congrats, y'all finally did it. Talking best recipes is where I draw the line.

You're disinvited to the cookout. Medium rare, rare, or just kill me now.

And salmonella is a myth to get people to pay for overcooked garbage steak that has to be doused in A1 to be edible 🤢🤮
Ever since my transplant, my doctors have said nothing less than medium well. I compromised with medium.

Salmonella is real in chicken. You probably have it. Explains a lot.

In the 50’s and 60’s GT was as good as any SEC program, if not better. They left because of a dispute with Alabama and their cheating ways. When UT played GT in Atlanta in 1956 they were the TOP TWO TEAMS IN THE COUNTRY. They are a real academic school but to compare them in football to Vandy and Sewanee is ludicrous and totally ignorant of SEC history.
My college friends and I drove down to Atlanta to watch Tennessee play GT in the mid-60s. It was quite the rivalry back then and I remember the teams were pretty evenly matched. Then we played them in Knoxville the following year and Tennessee won, 24-13.

I still get goosebumps remembering the Ramblin' Wreck Model A leading their team out before the game, while somewhere around 50K of our fans were all hissing at the same time. (Stadium was smaller back then.)

I know it’s double elimination/misspoke but i think it is a long season and it is much better to have fresh arms for pitching. Per example: Last year we went to the college world series but lost in game one of the SEC tourney….. The year we won the SEC Tourney… our pitching struggled against Notre Dame. I have seen it play out that way more times than not.
I'm aware. It's hard not to want fresh arms. But it's hard not to want to win.

Eh. Depends on the cut. Cuts with more fat/connective tissue really benefit from medium, but cooking a good piece of tenderloin beyond med rare is a crime. If you feel the need to cook any decent piece of beef beyond medium you really shouldn't eat beef.
The "pepper steak" folks will have it no other way 😆

Mayo seared steak tho 🤌

Tuna mayo good too. So I could see mayo salmon.

What am I saying? Mayo is the GOAT. Mayo...ranch...ketchup on anything.

Ketchup-mayo banana milk sammie good too almost as good as the pure OG mayo bananner sammie with milk meal.

I only sous vide chicken. Not taking any chance with that nasty pink stringy stuff 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Undercooked chicken may be the nastiest meat or poultry there is. I'd rather eat a raw fish head, eye balls and all.
