On thicker, higher quality steaks with a ton of marbling I actually prefer medium. At medium rare the fat is sometimes still hard. Need another minute or two for it to render.Ever since my transplant, my doctors have said nothing less than medium well. I compromised with medium.
Salmonella is real in chicken. You probably have it. Explains a lot.
Not a lady, but mayo is a good cooking replacement for butter. My grandmother always used mayo instead of butter for grilled cheese sandwiches. I do the grilling and smoking at my house, so salmon gets included.Ok ladies,
