Well, her teams have won a lot of important games. You don't win multiple championships and make multiple trips to the CWS otherwise.

And if losing important games means you "choked", then every coach in the country, in every sport, has "choked" away important games.

I really don’t get this choked nonsense. You will lose games. You hope to win more than you lose. And hopefully you will have some luck and have things go your way to get to the top of the mountain.

People demanding every coach be a Saban need to remember that Saban was not only a good coach but had massive amounts of help. He was allowed to cheat in recruiting and got help to win games.

Dallas Baptist (44-13) is in the Tucson regional.

But just saying “40 wins” doesn’t mean much tbh. UT winning 40 in a season vs a team in the Sun Belt winning 40 in a season isn’t the same

There it is the storyline. Wake Forest vs Tennessee in Super Regionals.

Like so many things, to me. The NCAA tourney needs slight restructuring. One I think there's too many teams. Maybe rename the regionals, supers, and CWS

All of it is CWS - Quarters, Semis, Finals. Why not re rank teams chronologically? 1-16.

Case in point, do we need 6-100 #1 seeds? To dumb it down even farther. Could do away with numeric ranking.

#1 replaced with 'the best'
#2 second place is first loser
#3 not alabama
#4 Alabama


One thing that's unique is I love that top teams host. That has to stay, makes regular season mean something.
