I like Burial. Haven’t tried The Wedge yet, but we’re going to visit my sister in Asheville in July, so will have to check it out.
You'll have to check out Burial's new sidespace, Eulogy. They've been working on a small rooftop too.

The Good Hot Fish restaurant connected to it is apparently pretty good too. Owner is some world renowned chef...cooks traditional black southern seafood

Do you put salt on your watermelon?
No. I typically cube it up and eat it by the plateful. 😋

But I also put watermelon in salads sometimes, tossing the lettuce with olive oil and salt before topping with unsalted watermelon; sometimes add some (salty) feta. So you could say the salads amount to salting watermelon.

that sounds quite good. although watermelon and salt, can be overdone

Haha my grandfather did it and encouraged everyone else to. He grew his own watermelons way out in Riceville.

Weird thing is I'm a salt addict. My wife has to hide it during the week, so I only use it when cooking steak.

But the idea of salt on fruit always flabbergasted me. I love watermelon on its own. To me it'd be like putting salt on an orange, strawberries, a banana. Just give me the sweet.
Salt is a flavor enhancer. Works great if you just use a small amount.
