I’ve been watching it happen for decades.

So many of our awards snubs include some kind of “first” or “only.”

Johnny Majors loses Heisman to Paul Hornung: only time the Heisman has been awarded to a player on a team with a losing record.

Peyton: only time the Heisman has been awarded to a primarily defensive player.

CMo: First player to win SEC triple crown not to be named SEC PoY.

Last year when we played in the Super Regional in Hattiesburg, MS, they did not have visitor's facilities and our players had to spend the several hours between games one hot day under the bleachers. It was a huge pile of dog poo considering we were in the running for the Super and have plenty of facilities for all.
