They make me cringe everytime I see them...................

But...............My sister-in-law's son goes to A&M. I asked him, while laughing, about the yell leaders.
He said that they get so many "perks" and have tons of alumni connections after graduating. Those guys are beloved there.

I just don't get it.........

They’re going to be shocked when bru is full strength and bullying defenders, Thornton switch to outside does miracles for him, always having a 6’5” receiver on the field between one of Thornton/brazzell creates coverage issues away from that side, we get whatever interior mismatch we want between squirrels speed or the size/speed combo of Webb/nimrod, oh and let’s not forget the top tight end in the transfer portal, my personal favorite for sleeper offensive player of the year in Ethan Davis, and Sampson coming out of the backfield. Additionally, there’s a 5 star freshman wide receiver that analysts are all projecting to make an impact on the field.

I think we’ll have plenty of play makers available. And, more importantly, we’ve got a qb (behind a talented senior laden oline) that should be able to consistently get them the football where it’s supposed to be without burning a hole in their hands.

Our offense should be just fine.

I did it for a Dr back in the mid 90s. $50 a day. Just about the hardest work ever. You get worn out pretty quick throwing those bales.

Should get a local high school football coach to challenge his linemen to use it as part of their summer conditioning prior to reporting for 2 a days.

If only we had a coach who could scheme up a “real” offense to take advantage of all that talent….

Teams selling their jerseys and fields and stadiums to advertisers is a much more intrusive change for the sport than NIL. They've already cut minutes from actual game time to make room for more commercials. But this would turn the game itself into one big commercial with breaks for other commercials. Why not sell the team nicknames and mascots and even the name of the university. You could apply to The University of Whatever brought to you by Budweiser.
