These people are legit dangerous to everyone else and we just shrug our shoulders Need to fasttrack live saving tech regs...anywhere from 10,000-30,000 lives a year saved from their own stupidity or incompetence. Meanwhile reduced insurance for all.

West Knoxville is full of them. And that's how you know you're overrun with yankees....... roundabouts and storage buildings...... everywhere.

Haven’t really driven in Knox since I graduated in 99. Would love to move back.

I mean. Technically correct about the mercy part. They reduce fatalities by 90% vs 4 ways stops or traffic lights.
