It's a no brainer, given what coaching in college has become. A college coach is a coach and a GM. Coaching in the pros is similar pay for quite possibly half the work/responsibility.

I think it's a lot more pay, but I agree with what you're saying. Recruiting alone makes the college job 3-4x more work.
