NoI think that Burke strike/no strike call was one of those calls that it would have been called a strike if it wouldn’t have ended the game. I feel like based on the situation of the game they gave him the benefit of the doubt, if the count wasn’t 2-2, or if it wasnt in the 9th with 2 outs I think it would have been a strike
And now The Legend of the Albino Raccoon. Dewey “Swamp Rat” Warren would be proudSo this happened last night when the 9th inning started..I just happened to open my door and this was standing on my porch.
Meet Lucky the albino raccoon..

He didn't drop it I don't think. He never got a glove on it, got turned around. All this talk over a call and no talk that the FSU outfielder dropped the game winning pop fly. The center fielder the coach subbed in..
They lost fair and square.
I saw that post when I was reading through this morning. I laughed and then nodded my head in agreement. I know it's the nature of message board and social media stream of consciousness/trolling but the amount of give up here is pretty alarming. It's even more pitiful when there's an attempt to disguise the give up as "realism" and "objectivity". Just admit that you are weak kneed and timid and can't handle any measure of failure.I figured one of two things...it gets deleted anyway, or quite possibly gets me banned.
I meant every word of it, though...especially about the milk man.
