So you would rather have no money and a hunk of plastic and electronic components that you never use, than to get some money that you can spend on something you would actually use and enjoy because you are upset that a business owner is trying to make money in their business? Seems a bit silly to me. I mean, you could always try and sell the console yourself, but for the effort I would just take the money and run. It seems like a win win for you and the retro game store.

Sounds like you have an emotional tie to it.

They don't.

Businesses aren't in the business of emotional tie. N64's are a dime a dozen. Honestly can probably download many of the games to a TV, and use an AM controller to play.

Sell it on ebay. Some schmoe in Turkmenistan will buy it.

I have about every Lego from mid to late 1980's. They've never been worth more money than at this time. I have an emotional tie, but realize someone else may not. Also, my couch is very comfortable.

Never said such a thing about Alvin. I did say that about CMac before doing a deep dive into his film. You'll note CMac was still among my top RBs for that draft and I projected him to be a future Pro Bowler.

A guy who I did say would be a bust was Leonard Fournette. You remember him. The guy everyone else thought was a can't miss and consensus #1 RB. I also correctly predicted James Conner would be better than Fournette and Cook. Thus far he's been a steal in that draft. Also I was right about Joe Mixon being a stud.

My RB rankings for the 2017 draft look damn near flawless.

Sell it online and get at least $100 for it…if not more. I don’t fault him for not wanting to basically exchange it for a pack of steaks when that shyster will QUADRUPLE the investment. I’d rather hammer that “hunk of plastic and electric components” into a THOUSAND such. 😎

“Deep dive” means your instant analysis gift you often bellow on here isn’t worth the bandwidth you waste. You championed Hurd (like many) and dismissed Kamara until he emerged ON THE FIELD AS A STAR. Lost your bragging rights when you waited. You’ve bragged all it takes is one look at an athlete and you can tell if they’re a star or not. Shouldn’t have necessitated YEARS. 😎

Got a lot built up on putting Mixon on your list when he was always projected as a 1st or 2nd round pick…bet he’s good looking!

And you “bust”, Fournette is still playing and has one more 1000 yard season than Conner…who got his career FIRST in 2023. #Remarkable

He'll get out of the way this season. Our great assistant coaches and players will lead the way. Bob Shoop's defense will be dominating. Top 5-10 nationally. Larry Scott is also a huge improvement over Mike Debord. Plus with better health, our high talent level will finally shine. Especially on defense where we have a lot of future NFL players.
