Just watched a new movie on Netflix, Land of Bad, it’s a cool Go Vols scene in it.

Disclaimer: I realize that it's just summer league basketball and most of the guys playing are either 2nd or 3rd year guys trying to break out, recent draftees, G League players, end of bench depth or guys who probably never see much real game action.

That said.....Dalton really is looking like he is going to continue to elevate his game to the competition he plays and be a high level NBA player who is immediately in the rotation and probably starting eventually as a rookie. He stands out as one of the best and most consistent guys in every summer league game and against better competition than he typically played in college.

I hope he stays healthy because he is looking like he is probably going to have the best NBA career of any Vol in history if he stays healthy. I can't wait to watch him this season....first time that I will watch regular season NBA in two decades and nearly a decade for the playoffs.

Truth. He will see minutes very early. He has so far to go with his defense to be an immediate starter, but his offense is so good they won't keep him off the court. IMO

I see Dalton being a guy that pops in and shows people.

Lets hope so, I've a couple of snowy egrets and blue herons that feast back there. They can eat all the bluegill they want, just stay away from my bass.

Bluegill seem to multiply like crazy. The old man it the pond told us we could have all the bluegill we could catch . It's pretty awesome when you catch a bluegill and a 5lb bass comes up and whacks while you're trying to reel it in. You'll probably have that happening within a few years.

My son has finally decided on a career path. He wants to be a roofer. I will fully support him. He is just beginning to learn the trade, but his boss says he is picking up everything really quickly. I mean, he's not the best roofer in the world yet, but he is up there.

When I think of all of the hours of lost sleep you have writing these, I weep.

I think this becomes a marquee match up and new rivalry created by realignment, especially with basketball the previous couple of years and the baseball programs. I'm here for new levels of total hatred for a school/team I never particularly liked but not to the level of a UF, BAMA, UGA, UK, Ohio State, USCondoms amd and a Meatchicken.

Entertaining movie, although not much groundbreaking in the script besides the rabid Vols fan watching basketball instead of doing his job

That alone puts it as a top 5 all-time movie for me
