Who?View attachment 676913Guys would Dajon Terry even be in our 3 deep at Dline?
There was a SEC short from a couple years ago when we jumped back into the top 10. It was the one where we bust into the room in our 1990's starter jacket and we tell one of the other teams to ask us how many times we punted, then we hold up a goose egg and mouth "zero". I wish I could find a gif of that. I used to have one.
OM isn’t a cherry job but Kiffin would be stupid to leave somewhere he’s finally had success and tolerates his personality for another big program where he will once again wear out his welcome. And that’s probably why he’ll do it.Josh Pate says Kiffin would walk to Florida today to take the Gators job. Is Pate connected or just guessing? I dunno but we seem to like his other opinions often.
The fanbase that idolized Barry Switzer calling anyone "classless" is a riot! From ou board
saw some of you calling Tennessee classless, but they remind me of Burrow’s LSU Natty team. They’re stone cold killers and they will embarrass whomever and prove that they will not be messed with. There is a swagger about that team that truly frightens me.
I have a theory. . .
At the very beginning of the game's broadcast they mispronounced Iamaleava. Several minutes later they explained that it's hard to pronounce and he should get a single name like the other mega-superstars, so "Nico" it is.
We all know you can pronounce it just fine after practicing a couple times. We know those clowns in the booth have plenty of time to practice. They talk for a living, pronouncing difficult words is in their yob description.
I believe they planned to mispronounce it on purpose. It is a sign that they have chosen Nico to be their golden ticket to ratings spikes for years to come, so they are anointinging him a super-ultra-megastar early by giving him a 1 word name. "Nico".
If this is the case, and all signs point to the prophecy coming true, they will do everything in their power to push him to the pinnacle of the sport and entertainment in general. We'll likely see a marketing campaign that pushes him to the front of the Heisman race and further into the public spotlight.
They will ride their golden cow until he self-destructs under the pressure. . . then they will ride his breakdown further. . . or. . . he is a naturally born super-extreme-mega-ultrastar who can handle the constant spotlight and will not break under the pressure. He'll become a star as big as Jordan & Peyton mixed and likely become an actor or own 1,500 Pal's restaurants and a few pro teams.
The media is as good at finding a star to push as Vegas is at finding ways to legally take your money.
Nico appears to be "the chosen one".
We'll see "Nico" in New York and likely winning at least 1 Heisman and at least 1 national title at UT before he goes pro. . .
Especially now that the divisions in the SEC are gone. He has no reason to leave Ole Miss.Lane is doing at Mississippi what he could do at Florida with less pressure. I feel like he'd be taken an unnecessary risk going there. People don't leave cushy head coaching jobs like they use too. See Tony V when Texas came calling.
I have it but it won't let me upload it. Says the file is to large. I have been having that issue with most of my gifs lately. Has @Freak Put a new size limit on attachments? There was a SEC short from a couple years ago when we jumped back into the top 10.
