your assumption was correct. Single family housing is a terrible investment for a large investment firm/ PE corp etc. to make. Illiquid, expensive to maintain, low cap rate etc. when one could easily invest in companies, multi family housing or basically any other investment and get much higher returns at scale.I knew it wasn't as bad as the opponents claimed, but I had no idea the data was that different from the claims. I always like having my assumptions checked by reality, thanks for enlightening me.
That's really damn good for two weeks! Awesome! Just from dieting or has there been any exercise?Just an update, at my heaviest about two weeks ago I was 301 pounds. Weighed myself this evening and I'm 286. At 6'3" of like to get to 250-255. Still a ways to go.
I've changed diet. Cut out some carbs and show myself 1 diet Coke a day. Watching portions. Do far so good. At 48 I was surprised how ready it was. I know it will soon get harder.
Daniel Anderson is an Arkie kid. Wonder if he'll be at our game Saturday? If we want to take a second rb in this class, who are the (potential) targets? Thinking guys we were recruiting are most likely. Next maybe guys who are uncommitted, have decommitted, or committed to a team that’s faltering?
- Kromah (known target)
- Morris (known target)
- Marquise Davis? (UK)
- Mills Knight? (Ole Miss)
- D Johnson? (Mich)

Copperhead!Shout out to @hooter vol . Member since 2009, has never posted, but always good for a like. I salute you, sir or madam. Don't want to assume your gender. Know that you are appreciated, and an integral part of the RF zoo.
Yes it will. Some are RS-SO and RS-FR. But given how thin our OL depth is, having some of those guys further developed and ready to contribute would be huge. Next year's OL will tell us a lot about how good Elarbee is at developing his HS recruits.
