That is exactly how I started. The skipping lunch came later.Agree with this. Have your first meal around noon, and don't eat after 8pm. Just that small change gives you a pretty easy 16 hours of fasting. Make sure to get plenty of protein, watch the saturated fats, highly processed foods, and simple carbs. And drink as much water as possible.
Green will be running all over, for his life. I see this as really bad matchup for the Hogs. Green is fast and big but he isn't super elusive and when he throws, he throws it to the other team.Containing and beating the runnyout of Green until he wants no more is the key to stopping them.
If Green has a game like AR had a couple of years ago, it's gonna be a looong night...but this defense really puts a hurt on ball carriers...they arrive at the ball with bad intentions, so I really doubt that happens.
I don't really hate Arky like I do most of the rest of the SEC...but I want to completely break them.
That's what I've been trying to do, just eat lunch. My "problem" is my wife loves to cook. I call her every day around lunch and most times she'll tell me she's not cooking that evening but will anyways. I mean, I can't hurt her feeling and not eat supper with her. I think she likes me fluffy.You want to really switch it up. Switch to lunch only for a couple of weeks.
