Hendon Hooker would have been perfect if Detroit was on a bye week. They’re not. I still think the best choice would be Tony V. Fresh off a national championship and the guy is great on TV. But we’ll get something lame like Bianca Blair again. Or Kenny Chesney.

Yea Dolly has no interest in football. She loves the state of Tennessee but she’s not a football person.

Credit Cal. That fanbase showed up and showed out. Been electric all day. The GameDay crew cracking even more jokes and having fun. This is what GameDay is about. They need to go to more unique places like this when they can.

But next week we’ll be right back to them going to Ohio State for the 1,000th time for the Oregon game.

They had just routed Notre Dame.
Miami was ranked #2, and had won 10 straight.

They were also chirping about needing to “run up the score” to impress AP Voters so they could jump to #1.
