Sorry to derail the Neyland acoustics discussion, but looks like I might be bringing my family of four to the Kentucky game on 11/2. As I’m studying available tickets, can someone point out the section(s) where opposing fans generally sit? Want to avoid that if possible.

They sit on the same side as student section and the band, who does use microphones and speakers to amplify their sound, corner of the opposite endzone from the band though, whose music can be heard easily throughout the stadium because of speakers.

If they played the crowd noise through the speaker you couldn't hear the band. Or the PA announcer. Or the official announce a penalty.

The lower away section is A up to row 28 or 29. I’m not sure what the upper away section is.

They are now blaming our DJ speakers that ONLY play pre snap. There is a word i would use to describe this behavior that is not PC. The word could rhyme with PC though.
