Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Spent the afternoon taking my mom to doctor appointments. Listened to Swain on the radio. They spent part of the afternoon discussing how we could miss the playoffs at 10-2. WTF? Before the season, everyone said 10-2 would make the playoffs. Now they're saying we could be left out at 10-2, and that if Bama beats LSU, they'd get in ahead of us. They said our head-to-head likely wouldn't matter because Bama would have "more quality wins". Someone make this make sense. We should be in before Bama, dammit.
I'm good at maths and I know it is hard to be 10-2 when you only lose one game. WGWTFA.

We can miss the playoffs at 10-2 (with another SEC school at 10-2 getting our spot), but it won't be Bama for sure.

Not saying crunches necessarily caused the issues (I did 200-1500 a day as a teenager, so who knows if I wrecked things). But I have a deterioriated disc now, so hanging leg raises and other convex exercises are now best to avoid.

My PT suggested it and it's done wonders only keeping my back in neutral or concave postures.

Still working lower core, but without putting my back in questionable postures...pretty much anything convex/with a rolled lower back.
This exactly how you strengthen your back. Do good mornings. Whatever hurts, do it for reps.

Historically, yes, Scotch-Irish was more common. There has been a move toward Scots-Irish, particularly among the people themselves, but there has also been a move that direction among some in the US.
