Getting suspended for a game after a 3rd fake is pretty stout. I think it'll slow down the faking quite a bit, and cosches will have to take out a player for a lot of plays to build a case for it being an actual injury.
They could have easily fixed the problem with reasonable measures like that years ago, now the very first action they take is a nuclear yet nebulous one. And it puts the decision power in the hands of bureaucrats after the fact.Seems like the more reasonable answer is the obvious one.....no sub except for the player that fakes the injury. That player is out for at least a series but a quarter works too. Almost like a penalty box in hockey for the "injured" player.
3 game suspension seems too harsh.

Their only beatdown was vs LSU. The tamu game could've gone either way.
